Probate and Estate Administration

Estate Administration is the process of compiling and distributing the Estate of the deceased in accordance with the Will and Trust documents, if any, and the law.  This process generally includes collection and appraisal of all estate assets; payment and collection of debts; filing inheritance and other tax returns and paying estate taxes; and distributing any remaining assets to beneficiaries and heirs.  Estate administration and probate can be extremely expensive and complex; an experienced attorney can help ease this stressful and complicated process.

If your loved one died without a Will, or intestate, our attorneys will guide you through the estate administration or probate process to ensure that all debts and taxes are paid, disputes are resolved, and all assets are distributed properly and in accordance with the law.
